$335.00 (includes 3 conference meals, Special event
reception, complimentary refreshments during the two days,
and the post-conference presentation summary journal. The
registration fee does not include the Thursday evening
dinners in the historic Williamsburg taverns. This option
must be selected and paid with the submission of
registration form. |

$285.00 (Discounted early registration fee if registrations are received by
CEPI on or before March 1, 2003). |

|
$135.00 (available only to full-time graduate education or law students
whose registration forms are co-signed by appropriate university official
certifying student status). |

|
Refunds of registration fees may be made, if
cancellation notice is received in the CEPI office no later than March 23,
2003, after March 23, 2003, refunds may be made less a $100.00 processing
fee. |

|
Payments must accompany registration forms. The Virginia Commonwealth
University accepts personal checks, approved organizational Purchase Orders
(PO's), or select credit cards. |
|
|
For those wishing to purchase Visitor Passes to the Colonial Williamsburg
properties, they may be purchased upon arrival at the hotel at a 10%
discount. No passes are necessary for the Thursday evening event. |
