Virginia Education Law Conference

Special Conference Evening Event

On Thursday evening, April 24, the conference sponsors will host a
reception in Colonial Williamsburg's Dewitt-Wallace Decorative Arts
Museum. This reception is made possible by the corporate support of LexisNexis.

Immediately following the reception, the Honorable L. Douglas Wilder, former Governor of Virginia will address the conference. The reception and address will be open to participants' spouses or guests on a space available basis at no additional charge.

Following the address, the conference sponsors have made arrangements with Colonial Williamsburg for "Dinner in the Historic Taverns." The dinner event is optional and must be selected and paid with the registration form. Participants may include their spouse or guest in this dinner event also. Small dining groups will be organized in advance. Be sure to indicate if you wish to be assigned with a particular participant. We will try to accommodate all requests possible. Dinner selection will be from a special menu and all taxes and gratuities are inclusive. Transportation from the Dewitt-Wallace Museum will be provided to the taverns if weather is inclement. Return will be responsibility of individual participant. (All taverns are within walking distance.)  Cost: $35.00 per person, including taxes and gratuities.
