Commonwealth Educational Policy Institute and LexisNexis invite your participation in the 6th Commonwealth Education Law Conference, April 24-26, 2008, at the OMNI Richmond Hotel in historic Richmond, Virginia. This conference features nationally renowned speakers as well as over 25 workshop presentation sessions (See Speakers/Presenters). This is an exciting opportunity to hear speakers representing more than 20 states address current educational legal issues and to participate in small group discussions. Approved by the Virginia State Bar for CLE credit for the past 5 years, the conference program will be submitted again for approval for 2008. Non-Virginia attorneys will be responsible for applying for CLE credits through their state procedures. Educators may be eligible to receive CEU credit through their state licensure agencies.
